What do i do if my extensions are looking frizzy?
If your hair looks frizzy it is most probably due to the hair being damp after styling. We advise you to go back into your hair once you feel its dry and dry it again.

Can I swim with extensions?
Yes you can swim with extensions it won’t harm your hair at all just maybe tie your hair up loosely to prevent tangles.

Can I use conditioner?
Yes on mid lengths and ends but keep away from bonds.

I am going abroad on holiday will this be a problem?
No not a problem just ask in the salon for advice while your on holiday.

Can I colour my roots whilst having extensions?
Yes we are able to colour your roots whilst having extensions. We avoid the extensions as they will have been colour matched for you.

Can I use any product on them?
Yes we have a wide range of products you are able to purchase from us.

Can I straighten them?
Yes aslong as you use a heat protector to protect the hair.

Can I put my hair up with extensions?
You will be able to put your hair up loosely. We offer a hair up service for that special occasion.

What brush should I use?
You need a soft cushioned wide bristled brush which you can purchase from us.

Will they damage my hair?
